Does the Earth revolve around the sun or is it only me?

A god of fear, futility, and insecurity
Is he afraid of what you’d find were you to talk to me?
Is he so weak and small and tired to be locked up in your cage
Is he no bigger than your thoughts?
Is he contained within your page?
Is he resigned?
Is he confined?
What would you find?
Open your eyes!

An open mind and contrite heart is all that He requires
Delight yourself in the Lord and receive your desires
Ask, knock, seek, and you will find what you’ve been looking for
But if He’s not what you’ve defined will you love Him anymore?

One that words cannot express and your thoughts cannot conceive

He’s bigger than your thoughts and dreams but he wants to hold your hand
